Implants
In cases where the patient has lost a tooth (or multiple teeth), an implant (artificial root) can be an excellent alternative. The procedure simply consists of drilling a small hole in the jawbone, and installing the implant. New teeth and molars can also be attached to the implants, to the point where we can even replace an entire set of false teeth with a new, fixed set.
