Aesthetics follow biology. This patient presented with four anterior crowns following a series of failed veneer treatments. The restorations showed poor marginal adaptation, compromised aesthetics, and severely inflamed soft tissues. Before considering definitive restorations, we focused on tissue health. Through carefully designed long-term provisionals, improved marginal integrity, and meticulous maintenance, the gingiva recovered remarkably well, allowing us to preserve the existing soft-tissue architecture without surgical intervention. Due to a reduced vertical dimension and significant anterior loading, the case required a comprehensive approach. The entire mandibular arch was restored using minimally invasive veneers and veneerlays, while the maxillary arch was restored trought new crowns in the anterior and veneers in the posterior region. One detail that was particularly important to us was preserving individuality. Together with the patient, we intentionally maintained subtle characteristics of the natural mandibular anterior tooth position rather than idealizing every contour. A full upper and lower jaw restoration, completed in just three appointments! This case involved 28 new crowns in combination with veneers. Previously, both jaws had been treated with severely discoloured composite veneers. The goal was to create a natural, subtle and fresher smile, without making the result look too bright or overdone.
