Kleinsman/Varzideh MVZ GmbH performs all treatments according to the order system. This means that the agreed time is reserved exclusively for you and that you are generally spared the waiting times that are common elsewhere.

However, this also means that if you are unable to keep agreed appointments, you must cancel them at least 48 hours in advance so that we may still allocate the treatment time scheduled for you elsewhere.

This agreement not only serves to eliminate waiting times in the organizational sense, but also creates contractual obligations on both sides. This means that if you fail to cancel the appointment in time, you may be liable to be charged for the scheduled time and the remuneration or unused time, unless you are not at fault for missing the appointment.

The minimum cancellation fee for professional teeth cleaning is at least EUR 35.00 per scheduled half hour. For all other treatments, a higher cancellation fee will be charged, depending on the intended treatment time and the length of the appointment that was cancelled or missed.

It is agreed that a default of acceptance occurs due to the fact that the agreed date is not canceled in due time and is not kept.

At the Kleinsman / Varzideh Dental Center, we offer all-around wheelchair access. Our practice is located on the 1st and 2nd floor and can be conveniently accessed using the elevator.   FAQs.

  FAQ Bleaching

Bleaching costs € 495.00 and includes the cleaning of the tooth surfaces to be whitened. We also offer bleaching at special promotional prices as part of annual bleaching promotions. These promotions are limited in time. Would you like to make an appointment? If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.

On the first day you will feel a slight pulling sensation, but this passes completely on the second day. Our method is exceptionally gentle. It does not harm your teeth, and achieves an optimal result.

The bleaching effect usually lasts for 2-3 years. Of course, this is still dependent on individual care (coffee consumption, smoking, etc.).

Bleaching only whitens the patient's own teeth, but this can be boosted by professional teeth cleaning. Therefore, we always recommend professional teeth cleaning in combination with bleaching. We would be more than happy to take a look at your teeth in our dental practice and provide you more specific advice for your dental treatment. Would you like to send us your phone number? If so, we will be happy to arrange an appointment with you directly or answer any further questions directly by phone.

Please allow approximately 2 hours for your appointment. We begin with a preliminary check and cleaning of the tooth surfaces that are to be whitened. We would be more than happy to answer any questions you may have about bleaching. We take your dental health very seriously, so at the end we apply a layer of protective gel to your teeth.

We work with the modern and well-established Philips® ZOOM! method. This professional teeth whitening system achieves noticeable teeth whitening results in as little as 60 minutes. Alternatively, we also use a laser. Which procedure is ultimately more suitable for you will depend on the condition of your teeth. We will gladly explain the various procedures to you and select the optimal solution together with you.

To ensure that the bleaching gel covers all tooth surfaces and that an even and consistent result is achieved, we carry out a professional teeth cleaning prior to bleaching, if this is required. This removes any plaque that may be present. During preparation for bleaching, we completely cover the soft tissues. This protection ensures that the gel used can only take effect on the surfaces of the teeth. After the soft tissue is covered, the gel is applied to the teeth located within the areas that are visible. To optimize the effect of the bleaching process and enhance the whitening effect, the teeth are then illuminated with the Philips® ZOOM! lamp. Its light supports the activation of the hydrogen peroxide contained in the bleaching gel, the active ingredient that is crucial for tooth whitening. Its action allows oxygen to enter the enamel and dentin. In this process, any discolored substances are bleached without compromising the integrity of the tooth structure.

The results of a study have shown that the use of a ZOOM!® lamp increases the effectiveness of the ZOOM!® gel used by at least 26 percent. On average, this results in a lightening of the teeth by up to eight shade levels. All in all, it takes about 90 minutes if you decide to have your teeth bleached with us. Around 30 minutes of this time is spent on the necessary preparations, followed by the roughly 60-minute whitening time. During this time you can relax comfortably. Having your teeth whitened is a completely straightforward procedure and has long been a well-established practice in the field of esthetic dentistry. Achieving a brighter smile with such little effort has never been easier.

FAQ No-prep veneers & veneers

No - veneers are minimally invasive, which means that little or no grinding of the teeth is necessary. This means that unlike restoration with crowns, the teeth are not permanently damaged.

Based on the high quality ceramic material used in their production, our veneers have a very long life expectancy. They do not need to be replaced after a few years, unlike veneers made of plastic or a low-grade ceramic.

No, the veneers are just as strong as your own teeth and can therefore be used in exactly the same way.

No - unlike a plastic filling, our veneers remain color stable. There will be no change in their color.

With no-prep veneers, the tooth is not ground at all, but simply lightly polished. The reasoning behind this is that it is always best to do as little damage to the tooth as possible. If the patient's initial dental situation allows for it, no-prep veneers are always the preferred choice. If no-prep veneers are not possible for some reason, normal veneers are used. These involve slightly more than polishing up to minimally grinding the tooth. In contrast to a restoration with crowns, however, still completely gentle. The difference between no-prep veneers and normal veneers is fluid and will always depend on the patient's initial oral situation.

FAQ Clear Aligner

CA are invisible splints that can be used to correct misaligned teeth, i.e. straighten crooked teeth.

As a rule, these splints must be worn for 1-4 months, depending on the degree of misalignment.

The costs are calculated individually and will be provided after the initial consultation. This is calculation is without obligation and free of charge.

CA can be used in young people as well as in adults with healthy teeth.

FAQ Periodontitis

Periodontitis is a chronic bacterial inflammation affecting the anchoring system of the tooth. It destroys the jaw bone and the fibrous apparatus of the tooth. A more advanced stage of the disease can lead to tooth loss.

Periodontitis rarely causes pain, so it is often recognized very late. The gums appear bluish-red and begin to bleed quickly. Tooth migration, gaps and gum recession may occur. Bad breath and a loosening of the teeth can also be a sign of periodontitis.

In adulthood, periodontitis is the most common cause of tooth loss and has a negative impact on overall health.

Early periodontitis is easily treatable. The disease progression can be brought to a halt and the gum situation significantly improved.

This is done under local anesthesia to remove bacteria, as well as the hard and soft plaque from the gum pockets. The success of this treatment is also dependent on oral hygiene at home.

FAQ Anti-snoring splints

The teeth are digitally scanned in around 10 minutes and a high-quality plastic splint is created on the basis of the scan. At the second appointment after about two weeks, the anti-snoring splint is ready for use.

An anti-snoring splint is made of two plastic splints for the upper and lower jaw, which are made to fit the patient's own teeth and are connected to each other in such a way that the lower jaw is held slightly forward. This helps you breathe better at night, which prevents snoring.

They are durable and can be used for several years, provided that no major changes are made to the teeth (crowns, bridges).

FAQ Professional teeth cleaning

During the professional teeth cleaning procedure, specialized professionals remove plaque and bacteria from the teeth in places that are difficult to clean at home.

It helps to preserve your own teeth in the long term and prevents caries, gingivitis and periodontitis. Bad breath and bleeding gums are therefore reduced. Discolorations caused by e.g. coffee, tea, nicotine are removed.

We recommend regular dental cleanings, which depending on your individual oral hygiene and oral situation, should be performed every 3-12 months.

The price is calculated individually for each patient. Factors that influence the cost of the treatment include the number of teeth present and the amount of time required, which results in varying prices. Statutory health insurance providers usually have a bonus program in which part of the costs of a professional teeth cleaning are reimbursed.

FAQ Gum graft

If the gum has retracted significantly at the neck of the tooth, this can cause various problems: mostly sensitivity issues and esthetic problems. With the help of this procedure, the neck of the tooth can be restored once more.

The tissue is taken from the palate. This tissue that is taken is connective tissue. No open wound or hole is created in the palate, after the procedure you will only feel a few small sutures that cover the incision on the palate.

No - the procedure will carried out with anesthetic. Both the area on the palate and the area that is to be covered with the graft will be completely numb. A "normal" dental anesthetic that you may already be familiar with it absolutely sufficient for this procedure.

No. Because this is a microsurgical procedure in which very little of the surrounding tissue is affected, the swelling and pain are usually very minimal. You can therefore mostly continue your normal activities on the following day.
